There are many softwares by many companies that do basically the same thing and we can support almost any software from any developer. All softwares of any value operate basically the same way. Data is imported, some thpe of dialing happens if its working correctly, and information is extracted in some fashion. Some are more sophisticated in the way they handle calls. Some systems filter the calls out before passing them to the agent, others pass all calls to the agent for a human to make a decision about the call for the machine thus making them labor intensive. It is our job to make your job less labor intensive and eliminate your issues with your system. We can evaluate your current system and offer solutions to your issues or help you eliminate issues with your current system if the system is capable of such. Open systems sometimes allow us to add software developed by our Software Development Team, such as a middleware, to eliminate some issues thus we can fix issues without replacing software or upgrading your current system. If a determination is made that your software will not handle your need we will suggest a low cost effective replacement for you that will get the job done for you.

We speciaize in multiple levels of support.

On the first level we offer only software support where we correct problems with operation and get you running again. If you have forgotten how to do something then we assist you in doing that.

On the second level of support we offer a level of support where we remotely administer your dialer. Thus we create your campaigns for you, load your data, create your screens for your users where it is user friendly, and extract the expended data for you. We basically do everything but tell the dialer to start dialing and log in the agents for you into the campaign. In some instances where the TSR stations are already on we can perform the login functions for you also.

On the third level we offer onsite services. We station an engineer on site to help with your operation and help you learn about the system in the mean time so that you will be able to take over these services or in the interim of someone not being available, we run the room for you. We can also hire, evaluate, train both administrators, supervisors and TSR agents and also terminate and weed the dead wood from your room. We can create your scripting for you, update it, modify it and slipstream your scipts so that they work and get more bang for your investment.
